These series of courses have been developed specially to recover connection to all the aspects of ourselves that may need ‘nutrients’ to grow and flourish. They are part of my offerings after the pandemic as a way to contribute to the recovery of community by empowering the individual with inner resources and hope.

Compassionate Mindful Resilience

A four week course

The CMR course offers short mindfulness practices followed by inquiry to support you.

This is a great course, short, and packed with tools to help you develop your own internal resilience.

One to one

Learn Mindfulness and compassion through six transformative one to one sessions at your own pace.

You will experience a spacious holding in which you can explore your own insights and learnings. The enquiry will be guided by you, gaining the opportunity to incorporate your own insights and learnings to your life.

A one to one space is truly transformative and it can make a big difference to our own perception and appreciation of our own life and those around us.

While these sessions are not a therapy, they have a great therapeutic value in so far you would be safely held on your own experience, while opening to a kinder and more present reality of your life.

My name is Siân and I am 40 years old. I am a lecturer in community engagement and education and I am close to completing a doctorate in wellbeing. I recently had a series of one-to-one compassionate mindfulness sessions with Paloma, to help me with the stress of juggling two part-time jobs and a PhD whilst raising my young daughter. I have a lot of prior experience with mindfulness, however I felt that Paloma’s approach brought a powerful new dimension through its focus on self-compassion. I always felt calmer and more peaceful directly after the sessions and I have been able to take several of the practices into my daily routine easily. My ability to fall asleep has improved and I believe I am a little kinder to myself following these sessions. Paloma is a very warm, loving and insightful person.
